Genome

by Vincent DiPilato

A group of lovable mobsters possess special genes that are the foundation behind a promising movie script. Follow their quest for stardom and indulge in the shenanigans that will either make or break their shot at Hollywood fame.

In their search of scientific screenplays producers come across a script written by Vinny, a mobster who knows his life would make a great movie. The producers are not quite sold. In their attempts to find out if his script is authentic we learn of the special genes Vinny and his crew possess.

There's Carmine the Compass who can be placed anywhere on God's green earth and find his destination, Teddy the Thief who never met a lock he couldn't pick, Vinny the Storyteller who mesmerizes listeners with his gift of gab along with countless others. Join them on a whirlwind ride unlike any you've ever seen in a mob film.

Genome is a smart original comedy that uncovers a heartfelt message about us all. You'll laugh while rooting for these colorful characters to make it big!

In the mini-series:
Vinny, the leader, follows the teachings of Gandhi. He refrains from eating meat, watches the discovery channel, runs six miles a day, reads three books on philosophy a month, and practices self-defense. Some view him as a gangster others as a saint. You be the judge.

While Vinny is attempting to educate his crew into a new way of living the traditional mob wants a piece of what Vinny and his cohorts have attained on Park Avenue.
